Make new steam account (DON'T USE STEAM ACCOUNT WITH LEGIT GAMES ON IT, STEAM MAY BAN IT!!).
Now download this game from steam:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/18800/
then install it, the game should be in you're game list.
Now go to the folder of Modern Warfare 2
usually at: C:\Program Files\Activision\Modern Warfare 2
Now copy all the files and paste them into: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\zero gear\Server

Replace everything that needs to be replaced.
Now download this:
