Please follow the steps to install.
You will need a program that reads .ISO's. I recommend
http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm -
Once installed, right click on the icon and select Virtual Drive,
then Mount, then chose the ISO. Go to My Computer and open like a DVD-Rom file.
1. Install the Game (But do not run the game!)
2. Install cnc4offlinepatch.exe to C:Program Files (x86)Electronic
ArtsCommand & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight
3. Play! (use the shortcut CNC4 Offline Play on your desktop)
*Note* You may have to install and run the game "As Administrator."
This is a tested 100 percent working version.

Install Tiberium Twilight
Right Click Patch and run as Adminstrator
Select Command and Conquer 4 Folder
Install
Go to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc
Right click file HOSTS, select properties, untick Read Only, Apply, OK.
Open Notepad, drag HOSTS file into Notepad, at the end of all the IP address add:
127.0.0.1 gosredirector.ea.com
127.0.0.1 blazeserver.blazeemu.org
127.0.0.1 gosgvaprod-qos01.ea.com
127.0.0.1 gosiadprod-qos01.ea.com
127.0.0.1 gossjcprod-qos01.ea.com
127.0.0.1 demangler.ea.com
127.0.0.1 vmp.tools.gos.ea.com
Click Save.
Run Shortcut off Desktop named CNC4 Offline Play.
